GUEST: Looking back to the first quarter of 2020, due to the epidemic, the transaction size of third-party mobile payment dropped to 56.7 trillion CNY, an increase of 2.3% compared with the same period last year, and a decrease of 5.1% compared with the fourth quarter of 2019. However, the decline in scale is not due to the subversion of user habits, but the epidemic makes the advantages of mobile payment more prominent, which is conducive to the further penetration of mobile payment to the long tail users. The fourth quarter of 2019 is the traditional peak season for consumption. With the development of mainstream e-commerce, the scale of online consumer transactions is growing rapidly.
At the same time, due to the combined marketing effect of online and offline integration, the growth rate of offline consumption also showed a significant rebound. With the relief of the epidemic and the promotion of the resumption of production and work, the effect is expected to be short-term.
